All services provided by PACPL are technical, educational, informational, or software-based only.
PACPL does not provide:

• Investment advice
• Trading tips or calls
• Guaranteed profits or returns
• Portfolio management or research advisory

2. User Responsibility

• Any action taken based on PACPL’s tools, software, content, or information is solely at the user’s own discretion and risk.
• PACPL shall not be liable for any financial, business, legal, or personal losses arising from such use.

3. Payments, Transactions & Acceptance

• All payments, subscriptions, and transactions shall be treated as final acceptance of services.
• Once a transaction is completed and services are accessed, no complaint, dispute, chargeback, legal action, or court case shall be entertained.
• By proceeding with payment and usage, the user expressly agrees that no claim shall be raised after acceptance.

4. Intellectual Property

All content; software, indicators, documentation, designs, dashboards, and materials provided under the PACPL brand are the exclusive intellectual property of PPS Anantam Corporation Private Limited.

Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, reverse engineering, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

5. Service Access & Modification

PACPL reserves full rights to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate any service or user access
• Update features, pricing, structure, or availability

This may be done without prior notice in cases of:

• Policy violation
• Misuse or abuse
• Operational, legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements

6. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Interpretation

• PACPL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• Any misinterpretation, assumption, or misunderstanding by a third party (including agents, intermediaries, consultants, or unrelated persons) shall not be considered binding on PACPL.

7. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes, if any, shall be subject exclusively to Vadodara jurisdiction only.
• No other court, forum, or authority shall have jurisdiction over matters related to PACPL.

8. Policy Changes & Government Guidelines

• PACPL reserves absolute rights to change, amend, update, or revise any policy, rule, term, or condition at any time, as per management requirements.
• Policies may also be modified to comply with guidelines, circulars, rules, or directions issued by any government authority, regulator, or statutory body, without any prior notice.
• Continued use of services shall be deemed as acceptance of such changes.

FINAL ACCEPTANCE CLAUSE (MANDATORY)

By accessing, using, making payment for, or subscribing to any service provided by PPS Anantams Corporation Private Limited (PACPL), you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted this Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions in full.

LEGAL STRENGTHENING & APPLICABILITY NOTICE

The above-mentioned Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, clauses, points, rights, limitations, disclaimers, payment terms, acceptance conditions, and user obligations shall be read together with and subject to the following Additional Legal Protection & Statutory Coverage Clause.

It is hereby expressly clarified that:

1. Each and every point stated above is legally framed, protected, interpreted, and enforceable under the applicable provisions of Indian law, including but not limited to Information Technology laws, Contract laws, Civil laws, and Criminal laws, as detailed in the Additional Legal Protection & Statutory Coverage Clause appended herein.
2. The Additional Legal Protection & Statutory Coverage Clause shall apply collectively, cumulatively, and without exception to all the clauses written above, and shall operate as a legal shield, interpretation guide, and enforcement mechanism for the entire document.
3. Any attempt to:
   • interpret the above clauses selectively,
   • challenge individual points in isolation, or
   • raise claims contrary to the combined reading of this document
4. shall be deemed invalid, non-maintainable, and contrary to the agreed legal framework.
5. The user expressly acknowledges that the legal consequences, waivers, indemnities, exclusions, and protections described in the Additional Legal Protection & Statutory Coverage Clause are integral to and inseparable from the above Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions.
6. For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that no clause written above shall be read independently or outside the legal context provided by the Additional Legal Protection & Statutory Coverage Clause.

LEGAL EFFECT STATEMENT

This clarification is issued to ensure that all rights, protections, limitations, and remedies available to PPS Anantams Corporation Private Limited (PACPL) under the Additional Legal Protection & Statutory Coverage Clause shall automatically and fully apply to every point mentioned above, without requiring separate consent or reiteration.
